Sochi 2014
Within the scope of the Sochi Winter Olympics held in Russia in 2014, 782 hotel personnel were provided by us to make the 2 hotels belonging to Rixos built for the Olympics ready for use and to provide service during the Olympics.
Among the 2865 applications made before the project, 1967 candidates were pre-screened and invited to our Antalya office, and their detailed interviews and selections were held between 2-13 September 2013. As a result of the interviews, 782 candidates were selected.
On December 10, 2013, the first group of private planes departed for Sochi, and personnel were sent to Sochi in a total of 5 flights until the last group departed on January 30, 2014.
Our teams working in the hotels that started to provide service before the Olympics held between 7-23 February 2014, completed the recovery process after the end of the Olympics and gradually returned to the country between 11-16 March 2014.
All transportation, accommodation, meals and shift planning and arrangements of the personnel working during the 3-month period were carried out by us.
G20 Zirvesi
The G20 Leaders Summit, where the leaders of the 20 most powerful countries in the world met, was held in our country on 13-14 November 2015. As Mystaff, we have served in this valuable organization with our entire team.
Among more than 4000 applications, 1950 candidates who speak foreign languages were selected to take part in the organization, and as a result of the final eliminations, 1367 people who took part in the organization were identified and all security screenings were carried out.
The teams started working gradually between 3 and 14 November and worked until all guests were sent off and the areas were tidied up.
All personnel on duty have been assigned with the support of our 9 separate branches, primarily in Istanbul, Antalya, Ankara and Izmir.
Intercity transportation and services, accommodation, meals and clothing of the personnel are completely organized by us. In addition, we provided the planning and management of the entire team throughout the summit.
Expo 2016 Antalya
For the first time at the Expo fair, which is considered one of the most important events in the world.
It was held in Antalya for 6 months between 23 April and 20 October 2016 with the theme “Flower and Child”.
2235 people were interviewed for this important organization, for which we, as my staff, undertake personal services.
In this long-term event that we started in March, we have once again accomplished a successful job with our 853 employees, ensuring more exciting and enthusiastic use every day.
